I’m Brittain.

I didn’t come to yoga to master poses—I came to feel like myself again.

At some point, I realized how disconnected I was…

pushing through, holding tension, constantly in go-mode.

And like most people, I didn’t even notice it until my body forced me to slow down.

Yoga became that space.

Not performative. Not rushed.

Just real.

Now, I teach for the people who are tired of running on empty,

the ones who need to slow down but don’t know how.

My sessions aren’t about pushing harder.

They’re about regulating your nervous system, releasing what your body’s been holding, and creating space to breathe again.

This work can feel unfamiliar at first.

Slowing down usually does.
